From Dublin City

• Head towards Point Depot/EastLink along North Quays
• Turn left at the Point Depot and follow East Wall Road
• Follow the road around past the entrance to Dublin Port
• Continue on and take the right turn at the set of traffic lights before the railway bidge on to the Alfie Byrne Road
• Take the first turn right into Eastpoint Business Park.

From Dublin Airport

• A taxi to/from Dublin Airport will cost approx. 10-20 Euro and take around 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic levels and the time of day.

On entering the Business Park:

• Take the first right, after clearing the security gates
• Then left at the roundabout
• Xiam is the fourth block on the right-hand side (Block S).

By Public Transport

• Take a Dart to Clontarf Station
• There is a shuttle service which operates between the Dart Station and East Point continuously from 06.40 - 22.50, Monday to Friday.
